Traverse Adventures LLC, the manufacturer of Traverse Adventure Gear™, (“TAG”), provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for TAG products against defects in material and workmanship. Please check the chart below for warranty periods for your specific product(s).
This Warranty begins on the original date of purchase for all TAG products and covers only those products that are purchased directly from TAG.
This Warranty is non-transferable and may only be utilized by the original purchaser of the product. In order to initiate a claim under this Warranty, proof of purchase must be provided to Traverse Adventures LLC. This proof must establish that the product was purchased directly from TAG. Any attempt to transfer this Warranty to another person or entity shall render the Warranty null and void.
The Warranty covers only component failure resulting from faulty manufacturing. Traverse Adventures LLC shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from acts of nature, accident, shipping damages, misuse, overloading, tampering, improper cleaning or storage, modifications or alterations, or any other cause not arising from defects in material or workmanship.
The Warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, tears, cosmetic blemishing, broken or jammed zippers, ultra-violet damage, or fading to fabrics or other materials.
In order to make a claim under this Warranty, the customer must provide reasonable proof of the defect (photos/video), and Traverse Adventures LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to either repair or replace the part/s or, in rare cases, the entire product.
In rare cases, Traverse Adventures LLC may, at its discretion, elect to refund part or all of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, in lieu of repair or replacement. Store credit may also be offered as an alternative at the customer’s discretion.
If the product must be returned to Traverse Adventures LLC for service under this Warranty, the customer shall assume the cost and liability for the return shipping and/or freight. Any damage to the product during shipment shall be the responsibility of the consignor.

While we strive to ensure that our products are free from defects, we understand that nothing is perfect in this world and there may be occasional issues that arise. Rest assured that our goal is to work with you to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ask that should you encounter any problems with your product, you remain patient and calm and provide as much detail as possible when communicating with our customer service team.
